What We Sell:
North Haven Coffee is a mobile coffee truck serving handcrafted espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages. We focus on high-quality ingredients and thoughtfully crafted drinks, from classic lattes to seasonal favorites and always aiming to serve comfort in a cup, wherever you wander.

How We Got Started:
North Haven Coffee was created by Denise and her husband Jeff, longtime Northern Minnesota locals with a shared dream of building something meaningful together. With a background in mental health and a passion for community connection, Denise envisioned a space on wheels where people could gather, feel welcomed, and enjoy a simple moment of comfort. What started as an idea quickly grew into a mobile coffee experience rooted in connection, warmth, and small-town charm.

What Makes Our Products Unique:
What sets North Haven Coffee apart is the experience we create. We blend a cozy Northwoods feel with carefully crafted drinks and genuine connection. Our menu is intentionally focused on quality coffee and espresso offerings, allowing us to do a few things really well. Every iced drink is hand-shaken to order, a small detail that makes a big difference in flavor and consistency, and something you don’t often see. From time to time, we also curate special featured drinks for events, giving guests something fun and unique to look forward to. We take pride in consistency, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming atmosphere wherever we park because for us, it’s about more than coffee, it’s about community.

We are Bray Pottery, Colleen & Nathan Bray, a husband and wife team from Cherry, Minnesota.

We make functional pottery. We make both wheelthrown and slab built functional pottery that is also very decorative with color, texture and shapes. We make butter dishes, berry bowls /colanders, mugs, tumblers, bowls, plates, soap pumps, soap dishes, syrup and cream pitchers, incense holders, serving trays, vases, bottles, water pitchers, small dishes, ash trays, whimsical creatures, magnets, pins, handmade blank greeting cards, and so much more. We are open to commission work as well. We look forward to seeing you at the Hibbing Farmers’ Market.

 Hi! We are a husband-and-wife team at Perfect Pastry, Amr and Marian, elevating your experience of enjoying baked goods like sourdough bread and Baklava by introducing a healthy superfood Ingredient, ghee. Ghee is a lactose-free product with a shelf life much longer than butter with storage capabilities without refrigeration or freezing. We have over forty years of experience of baking baklava. We also bring Vienna bread and gluten-free almond cookies to the Farmer’s Market. Hope to see you there!

 I am Jennie Bakes. I make sourdough in my home kitchen under the Minnesota Cottage food laws. I have been baking for others since December 2025 and My main business is through Facebook. This will be my first Farmer’s market and I have spent the last 2 months preparing to scale up production. I will be offering sourdough breads, scones and cookies. I am so thankful for the opportunity to meet the community and the other vendors. Wishing great success to everyone!

Blending inlay wood, leather, and handwoven chainmaille, my pieces are lightweight, playful, and perfect for everyday wear or special occasions. What started with wooden earrings—featuring my brother’s beautiful inlay work—has grown into a love for chainmaille, where I explore texture, movement, and color.

Each piece is thoughtfully made in small batches, inspired by the forests and lakes of Minnesota’s Northwoods, and designed to bring a little joy to your day.
