We’re incredibly proud to share that Hibbing Farmers Market has been chosen as a 2026 Spotlight Market, for the National Farmers Market week August 2-8 2026 — one of only nine across Minnesota. This recognition means so much because it reflects the people who make our market what it is.
Every week, our little corner of Hibbing turns into something special. Farmers bring in the fruits of their hard work. Makers and bakers share what they’ve crafted with care. Market managers and volunteers show up early, stay late, and keep everything running smoothly. Board members and partners help us grow and dream bigger. And our community — the families, neighbors, and friends who shop local and show up with smiles — you’re the heartbeat of this place.

The Hibbing Farmers Market
was founded to pursue the

- To provide farmers, artisans and crafters alternate marketing opportunities
- To improve the variety, freshness, taste and nutritional value of produce available for the Hibbing area
- To provide an educational forum for consumers to learn the uses and benefits of quality, locally grown foods

How We Got Started:
North Haven Coffee was created by Denise and her husband Jeff, longtime Northern Minnesota locals with a shared dream of building something meaningful together. With a background in mental health and a passion for community connection, Denise envisioned a space on wheels where people could gather, feel welcomed, and enjoy a simple moment of comfort. What started as an idea quickly grew into a mobile coffee experience rooted in connection, warmth, and small-town charm.
What Makes Our Products Unique:
What sets North Haven Coffee apart is the experience we create. We blend a cozy Northwoods feel with carefully crafted drinks and genuine connection. Our menu is intentionally focused on quality coffee and espresso offerings, allowing us to do a few things really well. Every iced drink is hand-shaken to order, a small detail that makes a big difference in flavor and consistency, and something you don’t often see. From time to time, we also curate special featured drinks for events, giving guests something fun and unique to look forward to. We take pride in consistency, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming atmosphere wherever we park because for us, it’s about more than coffee, it’s about community.

I am Jennie Bakes. I make sourdough in my home kitchen under the Minnesota Cottage food laws. I have been baking for others since December 2025 and My main business is through Facebook. This will be my first Farmer’s market and I have spent the last 2 months preparing to scale up production. I will be offering sourdough breads, scones and cookies. I am so thankful for the opportunity to meet the community and the other vendors. Wishing great success to everyone!

Blending inlay wood, leather, and handwoven chainmaille, my pieces are lightweight, playful, and perfect for everyday wear or special occasions. What started with wooden earrings—featuring my brother’s beautiful inlay work—has grown into a love for chainmaille, where I explore texture, movement, and color.
Each piece is thoughtfully made in small batches, inspired by the forests and lakes of Minnesota’s Northwoods, and designed to bring a little joy to your day.

Hey everyone! My name is Lacey and I have owned Lacey’s Garden LLC since 2025. I am a small urban based gardener and my small greenhouse utilized sits on just a 10th of an acre in Nashwauk MN. I have a large garden, a strawberry patch and 2 beehives at my sister's farm as well. This season I will offer heirloom veggie plants, strawberry plants, pollinator plants, fresh picked strawberries, fresh picked produce as season allows and fresh herbs, all MN Grown of course. I am also a celiac baker and licensed cottage food producer where you can find gluten free, celiac baked items such as sourdough bread, cookies, muffins, jams, jellies, infused oils, dried flowers, fresh flowers and coming 2026 fresh raw honey. I am partnering with the Hibbing Farmers market this year on the The Pollinator Project. This is a hands-on, interactive, take- home project where participants plant a bucket filled with plants that attract pollinators like bees, butterflies, and other beneficial insects to their gardens. An important part of the Market’s mission is to educate the public about our natural ecosystems. Insects are vital to the pollination process which is essential to food production. We want our participants to get to know and respect these tiny creatures. Watching bees and butterflies working the plants can be joyful and rewarding and I am so excited to meet all of you at the market!
B&B Design Specialties
We have been part of the Hibbing Farmers Market for many years starting with my son’s Maple syrup! Sadly my son passed away in 2020 so we are hoping his brother will have the business up and running again soon. We bring our handmade/sewn crafts to market weather permitting. We have things for pets, home and games. We also have some garden items and people and pet treats! Our new items this year are 100% cotton bowl covers and beeswax bread bags and bowl covers! If you are a baker or know a baker these bread bags are the answer to keeping your bread fresh up to a week. If you don’t know the ‘history’ behind beeswax items come see us. We have a history sheet to explain their origins with our ancestors. See you at the market this summer!

Hi! We are Anne & Kayla, a mother/daughter team. We have been a part of the Hibbing Farmers Market since 2022 as Swanson’s Creations. Our specialties have been Cranberry Wild Rice Bread, Banana/Zucchini Breads, Cardamon, Cinnamon Rolls, cookies and more. This year Kayla will be baking under the name of “Faith & Flour”. We will both be under the same tent as in the past years. Both of us are bringing new items to our menu - Cakesicles, Sourdough Breads/Bagels. BAILEY'S LEGENDARY
We are Jim, Tracy, and Chase Bailey, the family behind Bailey's Legendary. Our journey began in 2016 when we owned a café and needed sauces that would perfectly complement the food we served. What started with just two signature sauces has grown into a lineup of more than ten products, including a variety of BBQ sauces and hot sauces.
In 2022, we expanded into coffee. We initially partnered with a roaster to create our coffee offerings, but before long, we purchased our own coffee roaster and began roasting small batches ourselves. Today, we offer a variety of coffees sourced from around the world, along with a selection of flavored coffees.
We're excited to share our products with the community and will be at the farmers market throughout the summer on most Saturdays and select Tuesdays. We look forward to seeing you there!

The gardens are all planted at Mr. Ed’s Farm LLC Hibbing! Ed and Gayle will be bringing a wide variety of vegetables and produce to the market throughout the season. They will be bringing extra bedding plants that they didn’t have room for to the early markets including a variety of tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, potatoes, peas and some herbs. They will have fresh cut lettuce and soon, kohlrabi. They have farm fresh eggs for sale. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

We produce prints of Lori's original art and Ron produces functional yet decorative pieces for your cabin and home.
HUMANITY'S HOPE
Humanity's Hope is a newly established nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals and families in need within our community. We have obtained our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, EIN, and Cottage Food License, and all required documentation is available upon request.
Our mission is to create a safe and welcoming place where people can access essential services and support. We are currently raising funds to purchase the church building located at 2nd Avenue and 22nd Street, which will become the home of Humanity's Hope.
Our vision for the facility includes:
- A day shelter and warming station
- A soup kitchen serving three meals a day, seven days a week
- A food pantry
- A clothing bank
- A hygiene bank
Every item we sell at the farmers market helps support this mission. All proceeds are deposited into our nonprofit business account and go directly toward purchasing the building and establishing these much-needed community services.
We are grateful for the support of our community and look forward to making a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.

AFTERGLOW MAGNETS
Hello - my name is Kristen Kenjalo, and I am the owner of Afterglow Magnets in Hibbing, MN. Though I am new to the Hibbing Market this year, I have been an Iron Ranger my entire life. I am a full-time high school teacher of 13 years, but my hobbies have always included creative things. The people who know me the best would call me a jack of many trades. I've always been an outside-the-box thinker with an eye for detail and a creative mind. There's not enough time in the day for all of the crafty things I'd like to get good at!
Additionally, I have an appreciation for all of the sentimental things in life - which is why I started this business with photo magnets and decorative refrigerator magnets. Since our launch in March, I've expanded into magnetic/dry erase organizational items (such as grocery/to-do lists), coloring sets for all ages, and game sheets. I plan to keep expanding as time allows and am always open to custom orders and ideas.

M Design Studio is a handmade artisan business based in Goodland, Minnesota, where I create original jewelry, keychains, ornaments, and gifts inspired by the beauty of northern Minnesota. Every piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted by me using a variety of materials, with many designs celebrating our lakes, forests, wildlife, hockey, and Up North lifestyle.

POLLINATOR PROJECT The pollinator project launched yesterday and here are a few highlights. We had the best day planting our pollinator buckets, learning about pollinators and a small hive demonstration (equipment only no live honey bees) for those interested. During this time we heard "I am going to be a bee worker when I grow up!" We would like to extend the biggest thank you and shout out to the Hibbing Community Foundation. Thank you for hearing our plan, helping it come to life for our community and funding our pollinator project. We are so thankful and look forward to planting more pollinator buckets.
